I want to express my full satisfaction of the support received from Michael this morning.

He fixed all my Outlook/PC issues in about 1 hour while he detected a corrupt OST file and also of an unexpected size of 3GB, now the file is 340k, about one-tenth in size and not detected as corrupt with CHKDSK. Walter yesterday I believe started also the right process as he found several corrupted PST files and this took him all day to get those checked and repaired (what's normal), unfortunately the root cause of all trouble of PC locking up seemed to be the corrupted .OST file and he might have come today to the same conclusion if he worked on it.

Really excellent support from Michael! Please reward him for this level of support! If one day he wants to come to Switzerland we will embrace him with Open Arms!
